Still sad you can't play gta 3 on your sgy? Well here's a great stuff for you..
    Out to street again..another great game from gameloft .....high quality graphics.. But it is a little laggy and the touch is a little bit inaccurate... But a really great game. A way better than gangstar westcoast hustle..in this one, we can swim, ride bikes, boats and even helicopters.... Just like a gta series game...great story... Sound is not cracked... :).

Instructions :
1. Root your galaxy y or any similar androis qvga armv6 device. If you don't know how to or what rooting is, click here...
2. Download the apk and install it.
3. Download and extract the data to sdcard/gameloft/games..
4. Open chainfire 3D and select default open_GL settings... And then tick both reduce texture quality and reduce texture size.. Now, select load a plugin and select QUALLCOMM..
5. Ok you are all done... Launch the game and it will say that 'sorry. This video cannot be played' just click ok..sometimes, the game may minimize.. Just re-launch it...
